  • "What's your background and experience?"
    My background, I'm a Personal Trainer & Coach since 2015 from Manchester, England. I've ran my own coaching businesses for 9 years, I got nominated for a National Award for results I got in corporate wellbeing. I've coached over 15,000 sessions. I specialise in building a holistic, sustainable, enjoyable, pain-free fitness journey for my clients - that impacts every area of their lives, so they can keep it up without me. This isn't just personal training it's optimising physical and mental performance to get the most out of life.
  • "What is included in the 14 days?"
    A full health chat – Understand where you're at and what matters most to you. A posture & movement assessment – Move better, prevent injury, and unlock your full potential. 2x training sessions per week – Personalised workouts designed to build strength and confidence. 1x mindset session – Break through mental barriers and stay on track. Introduction to nutrition – Simple habits to fuel your body without restrictions. Introduction to recovery – Recover faster to train harder and feel your best.
  • “What results can I expect to see in 14 days?”
    As you probably know by now, this is a 'quick fix'. But we do have 'quick wins'! You’ll feel stronger, move better, an improved posture and notice real progress. Many experience improved energy, reduced aches, better training performance, and small, visible changes in body composition. It’s not about quick fixes, it’s about laying the foundation for lasting results.
  • "What times are available for sessions?"
    My timings are based on both our availability and as I live here, that is more flexible. My sessions are generally in the mornings with a few in the afternoons (evening availability may be an option, but we will discuss that). I coach seven days a week, Monday - Friday 6am-4pm & Sat & Sun 6am-8am. There's already lots of slots that are fully booked so we can hopefully find times that work for you. Some of my clients are also kind enough to move sessions if it works for them and accommodates others too.
  • “Why is this free? What’s the catch?”
    There’s no catch, I want you to experience real results first before committing. Too many programmes overpromise and underdeliver. I’m confident that once you see how effective this is, you’ll want to continue. If not, you walk away with valuable knowledge and progress, no strings attached.
  • “I’m already training, how is this different?”
    Most people who begin a journey at Base, train already. The difference is having your very own structured, results-driven plan that refines & optimises your training, focuses on performance, aesthetics, injury prevention and sustainable progress, so you actually see and feel the difference.
  • “I’ve tried programmes before, and they didn’t work, why will this?”
    Many programmes focus on quick fixes or generic plans. This is personalised, covering training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset. You’ll get expert guidance to make real progress specific to your exact lifestyle. This is not just follow another cookie-cutter plan.
  • “What if I don’t have time?”
    You don’t need endless hours in the gym. Sessions are efficient and tailored to your schedule, so you can fit them in and still get results. Plus, the focus is on smart training and recovery, not just doing more. It's a little bit about time commitment, but predominantly about making better decisions, or making habits more effective in the same amount of time.
  • “Do I need to train at Water's Edge or do you coach mobile as well?”
    This programme can be tailored to anyone on Yas Island, but there is very limited availability outside of Water's Edge due to my schedule. If you're outside of Water's Edge, please let me know when you get in touch.
  • “I struggle with motivation, will this help?”
    Yes, 100%! You won’t just be following workouts. I'm as passionate about the mind as I am with personal training. You will get the exact mental support you require with science-backed practices. Motivation comes and goes, we will develop other skills and an unbreakable mindset.
  • “What if I have old injuries or aches and pains?”
    The training plan includes injury prevention, movement correction, and recovery strategies to help you train pain-free and feel stronger in everyday life. Recovery is one of the 4 pillars of my coaching.
  • “How does the nutrition part work?”
    No strict diets or meal plans, just following the simple, flexible nutrition strategies in my 'High Diet' designed for long-term results, without cutting out foods you enjoy.
  • “What if I fall off track?”
    You're human, it's expected. Unlike most programmes, my coaching isn’t built for perfect scenarios only. It’s about consistency. If life gets in the way, and if you fall off track, we'll follow the simple steps to get back on track and we go again. The perfect journey on paper is a journey built for failure in reality. Instead, your journey at Base is a journey developed SPECIFICALLY for your lifestyle, your hurdles, your day to day, your family, your work life.
  • "Will this work for me if I’m over 40?"
    Absolutely. This programme is designed for those over 35 who train but aren’t seeing the results they should be. It’s focused on building strength, dropping fat, and improving movement, all in a sustainable way.
  • “My schedule changes all the time—how can I stick to it?”
    The programme is built for flexibility, whether you train at home or in a gym, or travel for work. This is about you getting results, not you getting results in the perfect scenario. I tailor it to fit your lifestyle so you can stay consistent and get results, no matter how busy life gets.
  • “I haven’t trained for a long time—is this still suitable for me?”
    Yes! Whether you’ve had time off due to injury, life, or motivation, this will ease you back in safely, with an extra phase or two at the beginning of our training. Training for where you are right now, focusing on proper movement, strength, and sustainable progress without feeling overwhelmed.
  • “What happens after the 14 days?”
    If you’re seeing progress and loving the results, you’ll have the option to continue into the full coaching programme for even greater transformation. If it’s not for you, no problem, you’ll still walk away with valuable knowledge and improvements. No pressure, just results. And if you choose to move forward, you’ll be covered by the 28-Day Transformation Commitment.
  • "What is the 28 Day Transformation Commitment?"
    In the main coaching programme, if you don’t see results in training, mentally or aesthetically in 28 days, I’ll not only refund your money but personally coach you for an extra 28 days, free.
